Finally a better nights sleep, woke up once went for a pee took a pain killer and went back to sleep. So it will be finish coffee, walk Bertie then head off to the Kingdom to see Daughter and grandson. No son in law he’s busy somewhere saving the Empire.

Spurned my usual ParkRun routine due to a thigh niggle (I'm useless with just jogging on when there's someone there with a stopwatch) and tried a route from Stitz's latest gravel offering......which led me into the middle of a different ParkRun.

Greeted on my return home by DD2 offering to make me a coffee......you're not supposed to have favourites.

Time to rustle up some food and perhaps find a livestream for that there Giro.
