Went out for a run sneering at the 5 degrees but feels like 1 forecast. It's horrible out there.

Got someone elses tiny children coming to play with us today: DD2 is in rapture. A visit to the local climbing centre beckons followed by some very necessary soup.

Mother of said children is a real coffee snob so need to up my game (there's a packet of Exhale somewhere in the fridge).

the week after next I’m travelling for work and it’s going to be 30 C. it’s a new project for us, but it wont be at fun.

Clear and windy today so feeling a little bit sharper.
Don't know what the OH has planned for me is on the cards today. Although all the boxes are ticked.

Morning. No running and potentially no biking for me as strained chest / back muscles means it hurts like hell. Just what I wanted when I'm supposed to be upping my running for a couple of events and taking delivery of new bike. 😫. On a better note its dry and sunny and ive got a presentation night to go to tonight.

A bit chilly and breezy here but headed out on the bike with a mate shortly. Will probably add an extra layer as it feels colder than it is. May get press ganged into jobs later on.

It appears to be dry here but there’s a lot of movement in those trees. So when I’ve finished my coffee it will walk Bertie and assess the weather whilst out. Could it be fit for ride out doors.

I did manage a ride outdoors however given how windy it was I questioned my decision to go out on more than one occasion.
