Hopefully, it will be making its appearance in some turkey stuffing today, as it is the Feast of Thanks-Giving in the U.S. Episcopal Church, and most of the others as well. National Holiday, gets stretched to 4-5 days for some of us. Used to be the predominant fall/winter holiday over Christmas, deemed sinful by the Puritans.
