Saw several crashes

Several crashes on the London to Brighton ride today. One looked bad two ambulances and an air ambulance. Getting up the beacon was good as the people walking kept over to the left, much better that last year, but getting out of London was a real pain.

Apparently a man in his 30s from London was severely injured when he crashed into a telegraph pole on Rocky Lane. A woman also in her 30s sustained less serious injuries a few hours later a bit further on.

I cycled through Croydon at about 11am yesterday, and crossed the L2B route. It was still chocablock even at 11am, I would hate to think what it's like at 9am.
