Saw the programme in question. The bloke is just an idiot. He actually said that cyclists should pass a test which should involve being able to cycle at +20mph for at least 20 minutes, which would obviously suit him because I would imagine 80% of cyclists would fail. Why the TV company who made the programme even gave him air time is beyond me. The only slight positive is that he gets a mountain of abuse via his highly offensive Facebook page.

I half hate him, and half feel a bit flattered that I'd pass his test.
