Scam, mistake or clever marketing ?

I have just had what appears to be a forwarded message, of an internal email, from Planet-X

It mentions the price for the ec130 r8000 being too low and they should put the price up "when i get back"

Edit - sorry - Title should say "mistake"

To be fair to PlanetX, they do try to be a wee bit alternative and amusing with some of their marketing ploys. Some will land ok, and some won't.
