Schwalbe Tryker tyre 20" fitted to rear wheel of my ICE T trike.

First impressions: The tyre is very thin, even floppy. This made it difficult to mount as pressing a thumb against just made it fold over. The bead was tight on my rim and I was unable to seat the bead evenly. After several deflations I got it as even as possible and left it to sort itself out in service, which it did. The tread is minimal with a slick centre and a little tread on the shoulders. I found this OK on tarmac, but less so on muddy, grassy Cornish lanes. No grip at all on snow.

Long term: Life was 6700 miles (10700kms), not bad for a tyre on a trike's drivewheel. Puncture resistance good with only one, by which time the carcass was showing through the rubber. Overall a good tyre, but I have replaced it with a Schwalbe Big Apple as more suitable to local road surfaces.
