They look like V brakes. Measure from the mounting bolt back up the arm to clear the tyre and fender if fitted. Most arms of that length should work, as long as the rim is within the range that the pad can be adjusted to.

If you have an engine fitted, I'd fit the grippiest pads you can find, such as koolstop or tristop. Fullstop or Shimano ain't gonna cut it. Even then, I wouldn't like to bet on how well they stop from 40mph.

Cheerz Pal, Its Peddle Power Only, Even Turning Corners At The Slightest Of Speeds Is A Dodgy Situation 😂🤣😜My Chopper Is Bang On 2.5 Meters Long.
