If it's anything like the Leeds-Bradford superhighway they're better off saving their money.

Millions spent here, months of traffic chaos and the end result is worse than riding on the road.

Perhaps it's my suspicious nature, but it looks as if Glasgow Council will spend £6m if, and only if, matched funding can be sourced.
Shouldn't they have completed negotiations regarding matched funding before announcing this joint expenditure?

They could always talk to Dave King over at £1brokes; if he'll match their investment in "Rangers" then maybe they can match his in cycling! (He's got a £30m warchest to play with, you know):okay::okay:
