I feel quite smug, then.
Normally when we go away it's glorious at home, and wet where we go. Even the time we thought it worth the drive to the very south of Cornwall to get more chance of good weather, we arrived in a storm.
This year we gave up trying for good weather and went to Scotland, because it's lovely whatever the weather (I accept that if you live there you may feel differently) It didn't rain during the day for the whole week, and only rained a bit overnight, but back home it was consistently wet, apparently.
Would recommend.
