Due to the recent acquisition of another MTB on e-bay, I am selling my Scott Aspect 45 (size 19.5", Large). The bike is located in Largs, Ayrshire. It is available on a cash on collection basis.
This bike was only bought less than a year ago, at a discount price of £450 (from £550). I am looking for £275, as it is in pretty much A1 condition. It lives in the house, so basically has been getting a clean after every use. It has not been used much, according to the computer (not included) it has done just over 500 miles. The vast majority of these miles have been on-road, apart from maybe 2 trips to do "proper" mountain biking. I used it with hybrid tyres, which have now been removed and the original "Schwalbe Smart Sams" re-fitted.
It is standard apart from the original saddle being replaced with a Rio Gel item; the hand grips upgraded; and the pedals upgraded as per the photos. The gear system is Shimano Alivio 3x8 gears. It has Tektro Auriga Competition hydraulic disc brakes, and the forks are the original SR Suntour items.
There are one or two very minor stone chips, such as the one on the right hand chainstay in the photo. This is a VERY well kept and clean bike, bought from new and only ever used by this "mature"
owner! Anyway, a picture tells a thousand words as they say:..........
