Peebles, Galashiels & Duns.

Moffat & Castle Douglas came to mind first but I think they've over in Dumfries & Galloway not the borders.

That's FIVE, the man asked for TWO or THREE:angry::angry::angry:.

Sorry, normal service will be resumed after I've had my mince and tatties:smile:.
I replied for two people.
Oh, and I cheated by remembering the names of the now demolished blocks of flats in Belville Street, Greenock. All named after borders towns. I substituted Langholm with Gretna though, just in case I got rumbled.

Given that I stay in the Scottish Borders it would be difficult to limit it to 2 or 3.

Thurso, Stornoway, Wick.
Did you have any particular Scottish border in mind?
The region known as Scottish Borders; it's unlikely many in our "esteemed and equal alliance"* realise there is actually a region called this.

*or whatever the horseshite the unionists spouted was
