Someone didnt lock their computer!

Seriously though, on Intel graphics its right-alt and a cursor key. If that fails do it manually by going into the graphics options.

It depends on what ATI drivers and graphics card you use. if you use ATI at all. If you don't have the right stuff it doesn't work.

you should be able to do it in your properties...right click on desktop, properties, screen something or other, advance, then some tab in there

Hee...hee...this happened to my FIL, although he'd rotated his 90 degrees.....I had to go round and help him navigate the mouse at a funny angle........... funny at the time.....

Curiously, my boss has a machine that's doing this at the minute.

It may be a piece of malware; I'm going to go and look at it later, watch this space.

extend arms, grasp monitor, twist, let go

seriously though, if it can't be fixed - reinstall the driver, it may help

Although unlikley it could be something like SubSeven or a simular trojan horse. Does this user have antivirus and a firewall installed?
