Sealed bearing jockey wheels

i got a pair of sealed bearing jockey wheels for the first time.

just wondered if they need to be taken apart and cleaned in a similar way to standard non bearing jockey wheels.
the ones i got dont look like they can be taken apart - just wondered if they are supposed to be prised apart to clean or is it not necessary ?

It's usually not necessary. With care you might be able to prise the dust seal off and 're lube the bearings, but they're usually not designed to make that easy.

Sealed means sealed. Start prising them apart and they'll no longer be sealed.
