Second hand B'Twin... good deal?

So I have a chance to buy a used B'Twin Fit 5, equipped with Sora derailleurs and a couple of months old Continental Gatorskins (lots of life in them). Carbon fork too. I know the guy well, I also know he bought the bike new two or three years ago and looked after it, even though used it for daily commute. 150 squids. Seems like a rather decent deal. Am I missing something?

Using simple mathematics and price information from http://www.tesco.com/groceries/product/details/?id=275339772&kpid=275339772 I think you could be overpaying.

However, being serious, I think it all depends on condition and fit.

Dont know that bike model off the top of my head, but BTwin are generally a very good price new and my experience of their entry level roadies; sport 1 and triban 3; they do last and run well with the usual TLC.
