Second hand reebok bike

Hi I'm looking for a 2nd hand road bike ideally under £200 just to get me started commuting again and for rides with the kids at weekends. I saw this one:

It looks new but I'm curious about the quality. I can't see any mention of this reebok make on the internet and all the talk of reebok bikes I have seen suggest they are not worth the £700 the seller says they paid for it new. Does anyone know any more?

Soundslike halfords priceing, might have been £700 for a week the dropped to permanent sale price of about £300 new , i wouldnt pay more than £150 max assuming you tried it and it was perfect ,

Been advertised at £300 then £275 now £250.

If you go for it it might be worth haggling very low.

PS: if it says Reebok it is not and never has been a quality anything, leave it where it is!

Reebok are not a bike manufacturer, this will be a cheap, heavy frame "badged" with the Reebok name

Thanks everyone for the good and generous advice.
I'm too far from @biggs682 unfortunately.
But I went to decathlon to try out the triban 3 and the triban 500 and they rode really nice. So now I'm out looking for ads for a 54cm frame in the London area.
