That's what I like about Henry Dagg, he engineers his machines, and they're very 'home-made' but real. He has a fine collection of hand mincers, which can also be seen on YouTube. He's a rare thing, a true eccentric.
Clearly a man of great taste... people find the pair of mincers on my mantle piece slightly odd. Then when they notice the rest*, it's me they find slightly odd. That's what I like about Henry Dagg, he engineers his machines, and they're very 'home-made' but real. *the other 7... I'm not in Henry's league... yet!
