Who is the nobber cyclist with a camera?

Yeah. Pants cycling. Saw someone do something very similar undertaking a bus which was pulling into a bus stop. He was so close he missed the indicator. Even then he was waving his arms around like it was a surprise that a bus would pull in at a stop.

I'm still trying to figure out what makes this so much different to me filtering on the outside on the High St. (because it is always packed) when there are many possible right turns.

Filtering on the right is legal, for one.
