Incidentally, and to the best of my recollection, but the Highway Code says "overtake on the left", not "undertake"

Me too, but when cycling I've learnt to anticipate when someone is about to turn without indicating, probably get 2 a day where I could go up the inside but hang back and they then turn left

Even when people are indicating I still never believe them, but instead wait to see which way their front wheels are turning. Rather more reliable.

Me too.

If I can see the driver's hands on the steering wheel, that usually gives an even earlier warning of their intentions.

Ditto. A bit OT but I got to a roundabout earlier this year and gave way to the first car and a second (a classic sports car) came flying round. It was quite clear from its large external wheels that it wasn't going to leave at the exit imediately to my right. The driver behind me thought they saw an idicator and assumed that it was and accelerated into the back of me  Their first words 'I Saw You!', well why did you f'ing hit me

Gosh! There is a lot of anger out there.

In the OP clip, the cyclist was mentally elsewhere (or just mentally dull) and the motorist ought to have signalled.

In the van/bus squashie clip, the cyclist was quite staggeringly stupid, aggressive and may have had issues with his educational prowess.

In the shouty roundabout one, I thought the motorist a little careless in his passing (I would not have enjoyed being subjected to that) but the cyclist was massively OTT in his response and not the best-ever-ever-ever in terms of his roadcraft.

These are great clips.
I wish I had footage of my road rage episode. I gave chase to a driver who tail gated me, then close passed me whilst leaning on his horn. Not long after he turned into Saisburys where I followed him and told him what I thought of his driving style. Heated words were exchanged, where I may have questioned the size of his genitalia, and if in fact he had male genetalia at all. He eventually strode off, leaving his wife in the passenger seat, who gingerly got out, took a wary look at me and declared it wasn't her idea.

I'm not proud of myself, but I had PMT, so heyho!

I don't know if we can call it filtering. He was undertaking moving traffic. Illegal? I'm prepared to stand corrected on that one. But it's certainly ill-advised.
Apologies, I presumed your comment was covering a broad area and not just the video in question. I would agree that what the cyclist did could not be classed as filtering.
However I believe it is legal to filter on the inside of traffic whilst it is stationary.

The road in the original video appears to be a one-way street where overtaking on the left would be permitted. However, I don't view squeezing up the nearside of a car already in the left lane as it approaches a left turn as either legitimate or sensible overtaking.

As posted before when it comes to cyclingjohnny any man can make a mistake. Only an idiot persists in their error.

As long as he learns from it there is no issue

OK, so slightly off topic and probably not constructive, but I stumbled across this video

I would certainly have a look until at least 35-40 seconds in. I am not sure whether to be concerned about his cycling or applaud the fact that he seems to be able to headbutt iron girders and continue on as if nothing has happened.

Lol its hard not to imagine him making the motorbike sounds himself as he's going along

It might be an idea to get some jerseys printed with a bold "PMT" both front and back.

Any sane male will know to carefully avoid you and any female will sympathise.

They needn't know that it stands for "pass me thoughtfully".
