Here for rides.
A case of easy come easy go I suspect. Bought for £20 down the pub.

Talking about insecure bike locks ... If anybody has lost a pink cable lock in the Hebden Bridge area, it has been lying on the left hand side of the A6033 halfway between Pecket Well and the summit of Cock Hill for about the past 2 weeks!

Made me think of my local Halfords. Halfords are supposedly the nations largest bike shop yet there isn't anywhere to lock your bike up outside, all there are are orange bollards like those in the picture above.

I always take mine into the shop at Halfords, last time I was in there I bought a pair of electricians crimping/stripping pliers but the door staff must think you're off to the bike dept. :giggle:

I once saw a bike locked with a d lock in putney.

Trouble is the d lock had been used to "lock" together the two ends of a bit of lightweight cable they had threaded through the bike.
