Seeking accessory name

I am sure I have seen a small T shaped bar that is fastened to existing handlebars to give an extra mount for lights, computers etc.

Unless this is a figment of my imagination can anyone tell me what it is called. I have looked but can't find anything.

Think they're usually called an accessory bar. Couple of different types available.
