Electric bikes are for fat lazy people.

And for people like my sister who have a humungously steep hill to climb every day to get back home. Electric bikes have the potential to enable people to cycle who otherwise couldn't.
That said, I'm not sure what the target market is for the 2-wheel drive electric bike. The overall design and styling are those of a mountain bike, but batteries for two motors will make it pondorously heavy. Possibly it could be used to enable the slightly-less-able to sample an easy off-road trail, but the price tag of about £2000 would make it an expensive toy.
Oh, and at 750watts, it's not street-legal in Britain.

The front hub lump is the battery not a second motor.

It seems a good effort but -
The quick release front battery can easily be released when you are not around
Why design it as a mountain bike? Surely the market is for a road bike?
I seem to remember something bad about weight on a turning part being bad, so assuming the battery to be a big lump it seems wrong to put the weight of it on a turning wheel.

Is it illegal in UK then?
