Can't your Mavic rims run tubeless Drago? Some can AFAIK. Otherwise I'd be temped to put some ZTR rims on. This guy had some crests and flows at bargain prices, and his wheelbuilding costs are as cheap as you'll find

OP, if you get conti inner tubes you can unscrew the valve and inject Stans Fluid in through the valve stem using a syringe or a dropper bottle. It works very well.
