sending frame by courier! costs??

hi im sending a frameset boxed and packed and wondered if anyone could give a pointer to whos best to go with and a rough estimate on costs??
and how much extra is it to insure only up to £300

I've just sent a bike using ParcelMonkey, who seemed to be cheapest - they're a middleman buying space off HDNL, CityLink, DHL, etc

£5.99 for upto 10kg 24h delivery, insurance £1/£100

I sent a frame back to Chain Reaction (in Ireland) a couple of years ago using Royal Mail. The box came under the standard dimensions for a large parcel. £12.50 if I remember correctly, and that included the additional £500 insurance. Never had any problems.
