Seriously hunting a new home to rent

How much is a reasonable monthly rent for you and your dogs if you chose Cornwall?

Probably around £450-500 pcm. Our Wendy is paying £450 in a largish 1 bed flat with Garden on the Devon/Cornwall border area and her flat would be perfect, if only I could entice her to move out
We are not looking for coastal or anything period, funky or trendy.
