Shamal or Vento

Can anybody identify these wheels , l thought they were Shamal but l'm not sure . They might be first generation , on the other hand they might be Vento.
There are total of 18 spokes on the front and 24 on the rear wheels.

Thats what l think but l can't find any ref to the spoke set up of 18 front 24 rear .
