come down to Fargate outside M&S tomorrow to see a row of people on turbos (hopefully in the sunshine) riding the equivalent of Sheffield-Paris as a relay to raise money for cerebral palsy and the university cycling club! feel free to come and laugh, just dig deep in your pockets !

well i was on the turbo for a little over 4 hours, that is an inhumane amount of time to spend on a turbo!!

more like 32 miles

there were 10 of us and 4 turbos, so always 4 turbos 'going' between 10am and 4pm- so it was essentially a relay style thing.

no word on how much was raised just yet, but a fair amount me hopes.
