has anyone spent 2 weeks cycling in the shetlands I would like to see more of Britain so start at the top and make my way down in time, I prefer camping for the flexability I live in Lincoln so would drive to Aberdeen get the ferry to lerwick

You will be used to the wind living where you do. Good practice for the Shetlands.

We spent two weeks touring Shetland in May 2017, great place, easily enough to fill two weeks or more, depending on how far you like to cycle each day.
Weather was great when we were there.
