Shifter-mech compatibility

I recently purchased a 2004 Specialized S-Works E5 frame on Ebay and I want to build it up with Microshift levers and a Sram Apex mech and a 12-36 cassette. Will the shifters work with this mech and cassette? Ten-speed Microshift levers work with standard Shimano mechs like Ultegra and 11-23 cassettes.

Shimano rear shifter is not compatible with Sram Apex rear mech. However sram and shimano cassettes are interchangeable.
