Shimano 105 calipers with Tiagra shifters

I hoping someone can help,

My CAAD8 came with Cannondales own brand C4 brake calipers but they are now past their best and need replaced, I was hoping to put 105 calipers on but I'm not sure that they'll fit my 9 speed Tiagra setu up.

Anyone got any ideas?
