Shimano brake adjustment nut

Hi, I own a cannondale caadx ultegra. Yesterday I lost the adjuster nut from the caliper. It's a silver shiny screw which pushed the inside pad. I can't find a replacement anywhere and the cycle shops advice was to buy a new caliper. Help!!

Madison supply small parts - I think you have to go through a dealer though.

I scratched the small 105 logo thingy on a shifter a while back (sad OCD issue which I've been trying to deal with) and got a replacement for about £1 something.

I'm guessing this is a disc brake, so an RS585? As @SpokeyDokey said, get in touch with Madison the distributor, they may be able to provide the part.
