Any KMC 8 speed chain will be fine. KMC have a lot of fans hereabouts, me included.

Or Sram e.g. their PC850. Both are better than the Shimano chains when it comes to removing and cleaning them assuming the KMC has a quick link. The Shimano chain I took off my bike used a special pin that cost a fortune and didn't suit my chain tool. Not so nice doing an emergency repait on the road!
Whatever chain you get, buy a couple of spare quick-links.
