Just a quick question

Just bought a second hand rear wheel Shimano Dura-Ace 622x15C. And was wondering if this will take a 105 11 speed cassette?

There'll be a bit more to it than that - like which specific model of wheel did you buy? What you've given us there is the wheel/rim size...

I don't know how new the wheel is but if is more than two or 3 years old then probably not.
If you put a 10 speed cassette then you should have room for a 2.85 mm spacer(s) to be an 11 speed hub.

If the hub is from the 9000 series then yes, it would be.
