Looking to see if anyone has a similar tale, and how to solve it? Losing the will to live.

Using. A d fly plugged into the system.

Installed the above in February 2024. Paired to Shimano e tube app and phone and Garmin 1030 no problem. Rode on a tour for 2000 miles no probs. April /may 2024.
Parked bike up until April 2025,
Get bike out. Press button for half a second.
unable to pair di2 to anything! Phone ,Garmin etc....
Nothing. No lights flash on charging port. Uninstalled and reinstalled, nothing. Battery fully charged.

Shifting still works a dream.

If the d fly is malfunction, should i still be able to use as normal shifting which it does, don't want to buy a replacement to find it's not that!..

I,ve been in touch with Shimano support.
Apart from stating the bleeding obvious. They have not helped much.

Bit stumped .

I would think if still able to shift gears with D fly connected it's unlikely it's that. I have Wahoo so be different to Garmin but principle be same. Have you tried plugging into e-tube app and see if you can see all components and D-fly then? If possible nip down LBS and see if you can try a D-fly there to eliminate yours?

Also, check this guide out.
