Shimano Tourney replacement

Hi all,

I am going to put my long-abandoned Carrera zelos back on the road. It needs the replacement of the Shimano tourney 7 gearbox and while the rest gets along with a nice greased one.

I would like to know if it is easy to find these used levers online or, alternatively, if there are other models that can be adapted to this type of bicycle.

Shimano Altus and Acera are a step up and are usually compatible with Tourney.

Is this the right hand shifter attached to the bar?

ajax bay...yes, the right hand shifter need to be changed but I gonna replace both of them if the alternative model are too different
