Shimano Triple brake levers (or equivalent)

The current set of levers are labelled Shimano Triple but are perhaps no longer made or branded in this way.

A friend has had a crash and I'm trying to source replacement levers. Here's the requirement.

A triple chainset and 8 speed cassette and STI. The levers have the same changing system as Shimano's Sora with a single lever and a button on the inside to change. I think Sora would be a good fit but I'm not sure that today's models would work with 8 speed cassettes. Given current new price of northwards of £100 would appreciate any offers of second-hand replacements.

I might have a pair of Sora flight deck triple STIs for sale.
Sounds like the ones you are talking about.
They are not the ones with the girlie amber indicator telling you approx what gear you are in though.
