The plastic thing by the gears on the back wheel.
You put the address to the pcture page on, what you need to do is right click the picture, click properties, then use the address thast on there.
Then when you come onto here, click the image button(one with the mountains and the yellow background)

Yeh, get rid of that plastic thing, its horrible and pointless.
To get rid, i used some of that small hand branch cutters(secateers or whatever) and did 3 cuts into the disc. Soon came off.
Could use a sharp stanley knife aswell
