Correct to a great extent, but there are many examples of people who grow ganja at home and pass a bit on to their mates to cover costs, hardly part of the criminal underworld, and a world away from child porn and all that rubbish.

It's vastly different from coke, E etc.

These drugs involve processing which is in the hands of the underworld.

It's possible to grow plants and have no contact with gangsters....
