Could possibly acquire this Shogun Team Issue bike. Can’t find too much about them. It’s an aluminium frame and forks - very light. Small frame with Shimano 600 and 105 group set. Shimano hubs with Campagnolo rims.
Unusual but seems well made?
Over to the experts to get put right!!

That’s very nice. Odd mix of components, never seen campagnolo rims before. It was a Japanese company but later moved production to Taiwan, suspect yours is one of those. Late eighties I would guess. Doesn’t look like it needs much doing to it beyond the basics. Let’s see it when you’re done.

Fliss decided that she likes the clockwork, so I sold the MBK and used the money to get an old Diamond back mtb - will post some pictures later.

Should old (90's) mob's go in vintage or "show us your mtb" thread?

Well it’s finished! New chain, seat, cables, bar tape and tubes and it’s rideable. Very light and rides really well.
Not everyone’s cup of tea but knowing very little about them it was worth a makeover.
No. 13 to the collection.
