Should imagine it'll have got to Bow, Hackney and Stratford in time for the Olympics. They're all places within easy rich of 'town' by bicycle.

If east London being talked about is within zone 4, then yes. I thought Canary Wharf was in zone 2 so it seems slightly unnecessary worrying about it - either the scheme will not expand or it will expand and it'll be very likely covered.
