Should I have to squirt GT-85 up my nose?

I have an Ergon SM30 Evo saddle on my Canyon Inflite AL8 and it squeaks at the front.
A squirt of GT-85 under the nose at the front sorts it out for a while but the squeak returns..

Faulty saddle or just live with it?

Drip some chain lube in.

Might work better as it's a thicker consistency. .

I had the same with a boardman saddle once. Squirt then tighten slightly worked for me.

It's not a bit I can tighten, it's where the front of the rails are inserted into the nose of the saddle.

Use the squeaks to gauge your fitness. Squeaksqueaksqueaksqueak means you're going hard enough, squeak.... squeak.... squeak.... squeak.... squeak means you're not.

Squirt it up your nose proper and you wont give a fark what your saddle's doing.

I find vicks works better than gt 85

Actually, as Vicks is a petroleum jelly base it might work better than the GT85 - thicker consistency so would stay in place.
