Show us your... County Flag.

[perplexed]

I was just thinking about this the other day, following the Tour de France stages in Yorkshire and Cambridgeshire. On the Yorkshire stages in particular one could see lots of Yorkshire flags of the white rose on a blue background. (See avatar!)

What I am ashamed to admit is that I didn't know that the Flag Institue has quite recently registered designs for flags for the original Yorkshire Ridings. I'm quite interested, because the 'West Riding' of Yorkshire is where I was born (which is not the same as the modern West Yorkshire). The bit of the original West Riding where I'm from is now South Yorkshire, a recent creation.

Anyhow, post up your county flags!

Shropshire's flag:

The council only registered it recently and since then examples have appeared at all the schools in the area which I thought was a nice touch. Want to know where I can get one for myself.

Looks to be white where yours is yellow though.
