I baked a lemon and elderflower drizzle cake last night. It was a reward for some pupils of mine who met some challenging targets in their science practicals last week. I promised them cake if they met the targets and I thought that I might be safe. I was happy to meet my side of the bargain.

This is the remains. Very tasty it was too.
