No it's not. My patterned hand tan created courtesy of Altura crochet backed fingerless gloves was acquired entirely from riding in North Yorkshire:

i'm offended martin ;), i was up at half 6 and out by 7.15 to do a 74 mile sportive around Kent - shame on you - sleep comes after cycling, but only just

Hope you had a good ride - it has been raining over this way, on and off - blowy too - far from ideal tanning weather.

All you have to do to even them out is garden on a hot and sunny day only wearing your arm and leg warmers!

I've got 3/4 tan lines on my legs, no photos, sorry...
