Saw two guys on a pair of these last week, near Aberford
The bikes looked good, in that colour

However, both blokes were in (black) short-sleeves & shorts, dark glasses, & it had been raining for about 3 hours
I may be wrong, & lining myself up to get 'shot down in flames' here, but I'd guess they were 'C2W' riders? (nothing wrong with that!! - my blue Ribble is via the NHS variant of the scheme)
It was just the appearance of them, as I was in bib-tights, thermal jacket & had mudguards
They were covered in road-grime, & looked thoroughly miserable
It had been raining fairly consistently since before it was light, so it wasn't as if they'd got caught in it

Yes, I know it's their choice, but it was the grim faces, & the lack of suitable clothing that I inwardly chuckled (& wondered at)

The orange X's looked damned fine though!:okay:

I like the black & white contrasting there, lovely!
Who me? I like the black and white too, not keen on the green wall though.

I also have a blue ribble!

Received this build your own PX London Road yesterday and spent the evening building it up.

Just need to cut steerer tube, fit cables and bar tape.
Waiting for some mudguards too and gonna get some ice tyres for it.
Will be selling my Ribble winter once this is on the road.
Then I will be looking for a PX TT frame to replace my Ribble ReacTT frame.
