They look to be pretty low maintenance/high tolerance cattle. If'n I had some acres up th' country, I'd be lookin at settin a few of them out there. (Sorry, went all vernacular on you there, back to comprehensibility) They seem to do well on grass, deal with heat well, but cold may be a bit of a problem. I'll have to ask around. Sounds like a good producer of organic beef.
Yes. (and recently, the C of E as well) We do not get as much bicycle stuff in our Aldis' as you all do. But we do get lots of really good (to my taste) chocolate there(as I don't like the American penchant for chocolate made from sour milk) .
