However, my wife also bought me this from Watchshop.com. Would you believe it's second hand, clear signs of obvious wear. Arrived in a wee cardboard box with no warranty or paperwork. Not what you expect from a watch costing nearly three grand. She's went through a laborious online complaint process (no actual people at the other end) and they've agreed to take it back for inspection. They actually offered her a 10% refund if she would keep the watch!

Worn, no proper box or papers. Why haven't you returned it for a refund (or are you looking to keep it)?

It's been returned. Pretty disgusted with them tbh. They've got some terrible reviews on Trust pilot.
