Parked on Black rock sands years ago for a family picnic.
The car was a very good wind break. Until I noticed the wind swirling round the wheels was slowly extracting the sand and the car was gradually sinking.

I've been to Black Rock sands but a while ago. This is a stock photo, possibly taken from further back, but looks very like it to me.

I was trying to surf there last year. If you look very carefully at the photo, towards the top of the 'dogs allowed' section you can just make me out.
