Sick and tired of bloody leaves

We had a leaf problem until our neighbour had his trees cut down.
Mr M used a thingy that sucked the leaves up, worked well and he seemed to enjoy using it, (I never got a go).

I'll bet you have it easy...
I do too these days. The place I used to be head gardener we were leaf chasing from September to January.
A couple of days a week was 3 people for 8 hours a day, the other 3 days was a couple of hours on a leaf blower.

Good leaf mould though!

Same here, on the golf course where I work, we will be collecting them until well after Xmas at this rate. Over half are still green and will stay that way until we get a frost or two.

I keep getting leaves stuck between my mudguards and tyres, so they make that leaf scraping noise as I go along. I had a particularly stubborn one yesterday for about a mile before it finally disintegrated. I almost stopped to get shot of it, and I hate stopping when I dont have to.

Just blown "mine" onto the sides of the drive again. Takes me an hour if I do it twice a week at this time of year - or 2 hours (at least) if I can't keep up that schedule. No other b*gger on our close can be ars*d but I couldn't live with myself if someone slides out of the drive in their car onto the road and hits one of the many passing cyclists..... And I have to pay for the petrol and oil! And the same neighbours can't be bothered to clear the snow when we get it - but the hill's more than enough to stop them getting in and out once they've driven over it and packed it down to ice.
