Sick day...What do you do?

Off sick today. My lovely son and daughter have been very generous and passed on the sickness bug that they picked up. Bored already!

I'm not really one for just sitting about but not sure it's safe to go too far as (without going into too much detail) my stomach is still not a happy camper. I tried lying down but it made me feel worse. My son is hogging the TV and there's only so much Paw Patrol and Peppa Pig that I can bear!

Any suggestions?

Lock your son in his room. Mind you, adult daytime tv is not that brilliant anyway.
